🥘Pachadi (Pineapple Pachadi)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple, finely chopped
  • ½ cup curd (thick, whisked)
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • 2–3 green chilies
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds (for grinding)
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds (for tempering)
  • 1 dried red chili
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cook pineapple with little water and salt until soft.
  2. Grind coconut, mustard seeds, and green chilies into a paste. Add to pineapple.
  3. Once cooled slightly, mix in whisked curd.
  4. Temper mustard seeds, red chili, curry leaves in coconut oil and pour over.
